I built MANTIS to direct coding agents from my phone. My own skills and workflows tell them how to plan, build and check their work.
My engineering workflow
I built my AGENTS.md and skills around established engineering practices: investigate before coding, compare solutions, coordinate agents and test the actual product. Fixes need checks that catch the same bug coming back. Decisions and lessons are recorded, so the next agent can build on what we’ve already learned.

Why I built it
I wanted to build from my phone without giving up my terminal, files or tools.
My contribution
I built the Android app, the Windows controls and the tools that let my agents work together. Six months of work.
The design decision
The phone opens the same sessions running on my machine. I can see what each agent is doing, switch between them and step in when needed.
